It is important to Exclusively Tall that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return unworn merchandise within 21 days of the shipping date. Follow the directions on the return form and include it with the merchandise for credit.
If you would like to exchange an item, shipping is complimentary (valid on Standard Shipping only.) In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment.
Credit Card Refunds
Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.
